In this day and age, stress is going to be apart of everyone’s life … especially in these trying times with the auto industry in the wreck its in and so many people losing their jobs. However, that is not what we are going to talk about, we are going to talk about how you can get rid of all of that stress inside of your body. One sure fire way to release all of the toxins out of your body is going to be by getting a stone massage.
These types of massages are definitely the base way to get rid of all of the toxins that are in your body because the hot stones actually press right against all of your pressure points to release those toxins. Now, you are probably wondering what happens to the toxins once they are released, you actually wash them away once you start drinking water!

To be completely honest, aromatherapies are one of those things that everyone in the world should know about and know how to use for their own benefits. Like did you that you can use aromatherapy to relieve your stress? Well, I didn’t and now I do and that is exactly what we are going to explore in this blog! What scents will really assist you in getting rid of your stress and what you should use whenever you are feeling stressed out.
Firstly, you should know that there are actually four different treatments that you can use to relieve your stress and they are:
• Mix 1 drop each of ylang-ylang to 3 drops of grapefruit.
• Combine 3 drops of bergamot with 1 drop each of geranium and frankincense.
• Blend 3 drops of clary sage and 1 drop of lemon and 1 drop of lavender.
• Mix 1 drop of veviter with 2 drops each of Roman chamomile and lavender.
So if you are looking for a way for your stress to be relieved, you should absolutely make sure that you give one combination a try or all of them!
