Firstly, you should know that there are actually four different treatments that you can use to relieve your stress and they are:

• Mix 1 drop each of ylang-ylang to 3 drops of grapefruit.
• Combine 3 drops of bergamot with 1 drop each of geranium and frankincense.
• Blend 3 drops of clary sage and 1 drop of lemon and 1 drop of lavender.
• Mix 1 drop of veviter with 2 drops each of Roman chamomile and lavender.

So if you are looking for a way for your stress to be relieved, you should absolutely make sure that you give one combination a try or all of them!

    aromatherapy should be a part of healthy lifestyle. my favorite essential oil to use in aromatherapy is Lavender oil and Lemon Oil. the aroma of lemon oil helps enhance mood and relaxation.
